It is located at an excellent location, near to MRT and a host of other amenities, yet, the resident gets to enjoy living in a peaceful and quiet estate, being surrounded by mostly landed properties. It is a great avenue for foreigners looking to purchase a property which boasts condo facilities but yet it is almost similar to a landed property.
